Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002 / 1:20 p.m. ~James Coburn Is Dead~ Hand to mouth sort of "Oh My God!" going on here. My Yahoo start page headlines have the tendency to freak me out...... He'll always be the guy in the tight white pants from "In Like Flint". Always. He was cool personified, even in his old "Affliction" age, hands gnarled with arthritis. James, you coulda been Bond, James Bond. Dammit. I want a "Flint" marathon on AMC, there are only two or three of those films, but show them back to back for me. I'm saddened. Rest in Peace, James, out there in the great beyond where all souls go. Damn, James Coburn is dead. Fuck. I'll do my research later, check out his film stats, see if AMC or TCM jumps on it and shows some of his stuff, they're pretty good about that. Cost of the War in Iraq
